2009 Campus Climate Survey

November 09, 2009

As part of Rollins' mission to educate for global citizenship and responsible leadership we all share an important responsibility for cultivating a caring, inclusive, and welcoming community that embraces intercultural engagement and diversity on many levels.   Our progress in fulfilling this responsibility should be a matter of ongoing assessment.

To this end, the Rollins Diversity Council invites your participation in a campus climate survey intended to collect baseline information regarding your experiences and perceptions relating to matters of diversity and inclusion on campus. The data that we collect from students, faculty and staff will help us understand how well the College is doing in terms of diversity and areas that might need improvement.

This web survey is completely anonymous and is designed to ensure confidentiality of individual respondents. Results will be tabulated and reported in aggregate format only so as to ensure the confidentiality of all respondents. We will share aggregate college-wide results with the campus community.

We encourage all members of the Rollins community to participate. The deadline for completing the survey will be November 20th.
