R-CareerLink
The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business uses the Jobs for Tars system to post full-time jobs, part-time jobs, internships and on-campus interview opportunities for current students and alumni. Jobs for Tars is a free, easy way to view and apply for positions in Central Florida and all around the country.
If you have not yet registered with Jobs for Tars, you will need to call the Career Development Center at 407-628-6374 to obtain the school password. Once registered, you will be able to:
- search and apply for positions in the online database of job opportunities
- post, edit and save your résumés, cover letters and writing samples – giving you access to these documents any time and anywhere you have Internet access
- schedule interviews with employers visiting the Rollins campus
Optimal Résumé - Interview Prep
Design high-impact résumés in several formats and include your résumé in your own professional website. The Interview Prep module allows you to practice and refine your interviewing skills from the comfort of your own home. When you are done with your "interview" you can preview your response and even share your practice session with your mentor or a member of the Career Development Center. If you have not yet registered with Optimal Résumé, please call the Career Development Center at 407-628-6374 to obtain the school password.
Alumni Directory Database
This directory provides Crummer Graduate School alumni the opportunity to search for alumni who live in their area, or identify networking contacts by searching alumni who work in a specific industry or with a certain company.
Career Leader
CareerLeader measures your interests, your abilities, and what you find most motivating in work. Used by over 400 leading business schools and corporations worldwide, CareerLeader is a web-based comprehensive career assessment tool based on over 20 years of scientific research. To begin accessing Career Leader, please contact the Career Development Center at 407-628-6374 to obtain the school's username & password.
