Financial assistance is available to graduate students eligible to receive federal loans through the William D. Ford Federal Direct Student Loans Program. Interested students are encouraged to call or visit the Financial Aid Office located in the Marshall and Vera Lea Rinker Building at the corner of Fairbanks and Park Avenues, telephone 407-646-2395. Counselors are available Monday through Friday by phone or on a walk-in basis from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Students may also call or visit the Holt School financial aid adviser by contacting the Holt School at 407-646-2232.
How to Apply for Financial Aid
- Apply and be accepted to the graduate studies program.
- Complete an online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at least two months prior to beginning the intended term or study.
Hamilton Holt Scholarships
Depending on availability of funds, tuition awards may be available to new or current graduate students who have at least a 3.0 grade point average. Alll awards are based on academic achievement, academic promise, financial circumstances, and attempts to maintain a diverse student body.
Students must apply each year for scholarship funds. The application deadline for current students is May 15. For students beginning their first year of study, applications must be received by July 1.

The Graduate Counseling Program offers assistantships that cover the cost of courses taken during the fall and spring semesters. Assistantships are appointments held in various positions on campus. One graduate assistantship is available to a first-year student and five assistantships are open to upper-level graduate counseling students (usually second year in the program).
