Associate Professor of History Julian Chambliss and Associate Professor of English Martha Cheng recently collaborated on a paper titled, “The 1909 Plan of Chicago as Representative Anecdote: Envisioning Citizenship at the Turn of the Century,” which was presented at the 15th Biennial Rhetoric Society of America (RSA) Conference in Philadelphia on May 25, 2012.
