Visiting Assistant Professor of Political Science Richard Skinner recently published “Barack Obama and the Partisan Presidency" in the sixth edition of The State of the Parties, edited by John C. Green and Daniel J. Coffey, and published by Rowman & Littlefield.

A paper of the same name, which Skinner presented at the annual meeting of the American Political Science Association, was written up in the Washington Post on Sunday, September 5.
