Assistant Professor of Economics Martina Vidovic Presents at Two Conferences

Assistant Professor of Economics Martina Vidovic recently presented a paper titled “Impact of EPA's voluntary pollution prevention 33/50 program on facility participation and emissions” at two conferences: the Fourth World Congress of Environmental and Resource Economists (WCERE) held in Montreal Canada, June 28-July 2, 2010, and the Annual Meeting of The Agricultural and Applied Economics Association (AAEA), held in Denver, CO, July 26-28, 2010.
The World Congress, held every four years, is sponsored by the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (AERE), while the AERE organizes several sessions at the annual meetings of the AAEA. At both conferences, a special session was held with a focus on pollution control through voluntary programs.
