Assistant Professor of Economics Anca M. Voicu signed a two-year book contract with Palgrave Macmillan Publishers Ltd, London, UK, to co-author a book on "Trade, Development and Structural Change: Central and  Eastern Europe".

This book will look at the evolution of trade and trade patterns in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) after the fall of the “Iron Curtain” in December 1989 and its implication for structural change and economic development within the transition economies. The book is set to be released in March 2012.
